These tiny little stick on magnets are attached to a small, round band aid and are placed directly onto a pain point.

For daily magnetic therapy Magnetic Body Studs (may be called magnetic dots) can be placed anywhere on the body and left there for three to four days as they can be worn in the shower.

Replace band aids every three to four days and reuse the magnets.
