The magnetic socks have been designed as a pain relief product incorporated with something we wear daily. Designed to assist with pain and circulation problems in the feet. You will not even know you are wearing a therapeutic product untill you realise that the pain is gone.

What I would like to do first is give you a simple and fairly brief explanation to this product and how it works. If you then want some more information just read the lot. After ten years in the magnetic therapy business we am still always truly amazed at mother nature and how everything in this big old world is so inter related. The earth itself is just one magnetic field within which we all survive. There are also other fields around us that directly impact on the human body. Today you will read about two of them.

SHORT VERSION: Most of you will read this just to see how we can magnetize a pair of socks. You see that after years of research, scientist have successfully combined certain selected soils with precious metals into a process to produce a Ceramic Powder (some of you may think, hey magnetic therapy is based on using ceramic magnets. Ceramic material can hold a magnetic field when succumb to a large electrical current). This ceramic powder is then mixed in with a fiber and then woven into products.

Today we are only speaking about magnetic socks. Now this high technology of processing the ceramic powder has enabled the powder to have Far Infrared Ray qualities. We pass 220 volts through the ceramic material. This causes the material to also be engorged with negative ions. Which in turn has a very similar therapeutic effect to using a magnetic therapy product. The North Pole negative. Increasing blood flow and reducing muscular inflammation which in turn will assist with pain relief. As to the socks being magnetic. The combination of being both magnetic negative charged and Far Infrared  is more than overwhelming from a therapeutic point of view. My suggestion is just give them a try. 

NOW here is the more extensive information for those who want to know everything: The socks are made from an infra red fiber (FIR) that emits infra red rays. FIR is made from 95% polypropylene and 5% special lead free ceramics utilizing modern technologies. The ceramic that emits FIR is commonly called bio-ceramic. This is made from different kinds of ceramics mixed with mineral oxides, like silica oxide (Si02), etc. The mixture is heated together at 1600 degrees centigrade to for the FIR emitting ceramic. After cooling down, it becomes lead free, bio ceramic with FIR emitting properties. The bio ceramic is then ground into micro particles in nano scale and inseminated into polypropylene during the polypropylene fiber forming process. The fiber is then stretched, twisted and made into various forms. In this case it is made into the socks. The bio ceramic particles stay inside the fiber and they cannot be dropped from washing.

We do suggest that you do not place the socks in a dryer. How can the bio ceramic emit far infrared? It is well known fact that the human body constantly emits thermo energy. When the bio ceramic is stimulated by the thermo energy of the human body, it converts it into the far infrared rays and reflects it back into the human body. So the far infrared ray emitted by the far infrared fiber is really powered by our own body and there are no known side effects.

HOW CAN FIR HEAL THE HUMAN BODY?

One of the reasons that FIR has beneficial results in a variety of illnesses is because FIR can deeply penetrate skin and underlying tissues. When FIR penetrates the skin, they come into contact with protein, collagen and fats. By simulating micro vibrations, FIR can elevate tissue temperatures. The human body then is revitalized because of the improved micro circulation. Another reason is that FIR has the ability to remove toxins in the body, which are often at the core of many health problems. The build up of toxins in a health body could block the normal blood circulation and impair the cellular energy. When FIR waves are applied, the water molecules that encapsulate the toxins get heated up, and start to vibrate. This vibration reduces the ion bond of the atoms that are holding together the molecules of water. A breakdown of the water molecules occurs, encapsulated gases and other toxic materials are released and the body gets rejuvenated. 

In addition, FIR also improves human health through the following functions:

• Rejuvenates the skin and muscle tone.
• Increases oxygen in the blood cell • Promotes regeneration and fast healing.
• Improves the autonomic functions of the nervous system
• Reduces fatty acids in the tissues 
• Increase metabolism between blood and tissue.

I now intend to give you a very simplified version of how the negative ions in the socks assist our body by using some very everyday examples from our normal living circumstances. Remember the old wives tale how people with arthritis can predict when a storm is coming because "they can feel it in their joints". Their prediction is not just superstition. Water laden clouds become negatively charged, due to friction between the water molecules and the air through which the cloud passes. Positive ions then accumulate beneath the cloud. As the cloud progresses down the sky, these positive ions pile up and the wind begins to push them ahead of the clouds. The earth's surface is also negatively charged as a result of chemical reactions at its core. The high level of positive ions before a storm creates a distinct feeling of airlessness or stuffiness in the atmosphere. When the positive ions come into contact with your body it causes your blood vessels to contract and less blood flow to the joints. People with rheumatism or arthritis feel pain. Others call the air closed or dead. Breathing does not seem to be so effective in these conditions, even though the amount of atmospheric oxygen is unchanged. Eventually the attraction between the negative and positive charges overcomes the air's resistance and the result is a flash or more lightning. Thunder then rolls and down comes the rain. After the storm remember how sweet and clear the air appears! This is because the air is now surcharged with negative ions and the balance of negative and positive charges on the earth’s surface has been restored.

Ions Effects on Blood flow: Red Blood cells are slightly negatively charged, as are the surfaces of the blood vessels through which they flow. And for a very good reason. Because like charges repel each other, blood cells do not get attracted to the artery walls, or to each other, and so can flow smoothly along these narrow channels. However when we inhale positive ions these enter the lungs and then the blood stream, where they lessen the negative charge on the blood cells. Thus the adhesion of the blood cells to the vessel walls is increased and circulation efficiency decreases. In contrast, negative ions increase circulation efficiency. 

Lunatic and the Lunar Moon Effects of Positive Ions: Did you know that the earth is encompassed by the ionosphere, a mantle of ionized gas beneath which positive ions collect. At the full moon, the opposing gravitational forces of the sun and moon slightly squeeze the ionosphere. This pushes positive ions down towards the earth’s surface, increasing the proportion of positive ions at the Earths surface. SO at the full moon there are more positive ions at the earth’s surface and people seem to suffer more stress. It has been well documented over hundreds of years that patients in mental hospitals become restless and excited at the time of the full moon. The word "Lunatic" means one affected by the moon. There is also a significant increase in homicides and generally disturbed social activity at such times. A surfeit of positive ions also causes blood to flow more slowly (as above) and as a result oxygen in the blood is not carried to the muscle as efficiently, resulting in muscle pain.

The New Moon and the effect of Negative Ions: At the time of the new moon, when there is a proportionally more negative ions at the earth's surface, organic life flourishes and seed grow better. In many cultures it is traditional to plant crops at this time. SO, if you have read all about the positive ions, the negative ions that are infused into the sock work very well in conjunction with the FIR qualities I have been attaining some amazing results with the socks.
